Emily Hendricks, DPTClinic DirectorEmily serves as the Clinic Director for MTB&J Physical Therapy. Emily received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2016 from Western Kentucky University. She has worked in multiple orthopedic settings throughout the state of Tennessee. She has also been an instructor in the East Tennessee State University Physical Therapy program. She is certified in both vestibular rehabilitation and trigger point dry needling.

Shane Wilson, PT, ATCPhysical TherapistShane received his Masters of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 1993. In 2003 Shane became certified in athletic training. He has practiced in various orthopedic setting for physical therapy in Columbia and the region. Shane has also worked with local high schools and colleges providing sports medicine coverage for their athletes.

Terri McNutt, PTPhysical TherapistIn 2009, Terri received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Saint Augustine, Florida. She has worked in pediatric, neurological, and orthopaedic settings in Memphis, Tennessee. She has relocated to the Nashville area and enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog Ace, and being outdoors. |

Denice Hornbaker, OTR/LOccupational TherapistDenice graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. Denice has worked in many medical settings including outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing. Her areas of experience include orthopedics with emphasis on hand and upper extremities, neurological, work conditioning, and ergonomic assessments. Denice has worked with patients of all ages.
