Ashley Miller

Ashley Miller, PT

Clinic Director

Ashley serves as the Clinic Director for MTB&J Physical Therapy. Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis in 1999. Her clinical experience includes evaluation and treatment of orthopedic dysfunctions, including post-operative orthopedic treatment for upper and lower extremity injuries, spine and aquatic therapy. Her interest include treatment of sports injuries, total joint replacements, and facilitation of return to sports or industry. Ashley is CPR certified by the American Heart Association.

Ashley and her family enjoy living in her native Columbia. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, running and many other outdoor activities.


Shane Wilson

Shane Wilson, PT, ATC

Physical Therapist

Shane received his Masters of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in 1993. In 2003 Shane became certified in athletic training. He has practiced in various orthopedic setting for physical therapy in Columbia and the region. Shane has also worked with local high schools and colleges providing sports medicine coverage for their athletes.

Shane is married with two children. He enjoys running activities, working in the yard, and playing and hanging out with his kids and family.


Terri McNutt

Terri McNutt, PT

Physical Therapist

In 2009, Terri received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Saint Augustine, Florida. She has worked in pediatric, neurological, and orthopaedic settings in Memphis, Tennessee. She has relocated to the Nashville area and enjoys spending time with her family, playing with her dog Ace, and being outdoors.


Shane Wilson

Denice Hornbaker, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Denice graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. Denice has worked in many medical settings including outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing. Her areas of experience include orthopedics with emphasis on hand and upper extremities, neurological, work conditioning, and ergonomic assessments. Denice has worked with patients of all ages.

When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 36 years and her children and grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, going to the beach, being outdoors, and mission work.
